The need was quite apparent
To be honest, The HCDT Project was inspired by stories I repeatedly heard from clients of the brand strategy studio I lead, Curry & Collective.
They spoke of wanting (needing!) to stake out a competitive advantage by driving digital evolution and weaving functional roles into the tech stack and the acute internal discomfort with adopting new mindsets, work modes, and technologies.
The shared tool kit
When the challenge feels daunting, trust in mission and human spirit makes all the difference.
You also want really good tools.
The goal is sustained success
Constant innovation means constant adaptation which is really hard. We’ve found that mission stories, vision-setting workshops, EQ-based road maps, and DEX inputs absolutely raise comfort and productivity levels.
As this happens, trust in the drivers of transformation deepens. A shared wisdom evolves and cross-silo collaboration feels more natural. Individual tasks turn into integrated answers. Digital transformation begins to consistently deliver breakthroughs.
We believe in this project and are focused on defining and evolving best practice in ensuring that digital transformation is indeed more human centric. And more consistently successful.
